Nicholas combines a spirit of playfulness with a genuine love for fitness and improving the quality of life for others.

Nicholas believes fitness should be fun, but goals and accountability are also instrumental to success.

 

Nicholas has established a great reputation for DIVO Wellness in the Triad area of North Carolina as a dependable, consistent, and effective Health & Wellness professional.

Nicholas has evolved into an amazing yoga teacher.  Having formally studied ayurvedic yoga in recent years, he incorporates much of his new learning into our daily class content.  Since no two classes are identical, every class is like a new adventure for his students.  At the end of most classes, he invites us to

“take what you like and leave the rest.” 

Now, how empowering is that?

With Nicholas’ approach to instruction, he guides us toward becoming more balanced in body, mind and spirit.  And so, we “take what we like” and come back tomorrow for more!
