Yoga helps unlock your inner creativity, reclaim energy lost to stress, increase flexibility and strengthen your body. This 14-day program will teach you the basics of the Sun Salutation, a series of postures that warms, strengthens and aligns the entire body: mentally, physically and energetically. We break down the poses, offer tips and tricks on how to build the strength or stamina to do it, and also a background of the postures and proper Sanskrit pronunciations. This program is designed to be taken over 14 days for all levels of conditioning, however, participants may take as long as they like to complete it and or return to the material as they are inspired to.
