We could all use a bit more of this in our lives!! When my cup is full, I fill others, and when theirs is full, they fill mine. It’s not super complicated, except to the degree that they believe the fullness is finite and must be conserved, sometimes, at all costs! The real magic is that combining of love and pain, and in rare and beautiful moments, instead of tolerance or compassion, it is true empathy. Derived of a knowing and sharing of that pain, not as a martyr or fixer, but as a lover, and someone who understands, completely. In a world that you can be ANYTHING, be compassionate. You do not know what is going on with ANYONE except your self, UNTIL you can love them AS yourself. Though, at that point, where do they actually end, and you begin? At that level of love, we are all ONE.
On this day, I will contemplate compassion, love, and ONEness! 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
